Galician group Nine will be located in Porto between October 24th and November 17th, in the hotel restaurant Carrís Porto Ribeira. The initiative has 22 chefs from Galicia, Spain, who will spend four weeks developing amazing dishes at an international gastronomic show. There you will find a tasting menu featuring signature cuisine, local produce and regional flavours in the north of Spain. Galicia Board, Carrís Group, Estrella Galicia and Cafés Candelas are the organizations responsible for bringing together the chefs of 8 of the 11 Michelin-starred restaurants in Galicia.
