The versatility of the space makes it possible to choose between a glass of wine or one of the signature evening cocktails or even enjoy a meal, from dim sums to soups, sushi, curries and robatas. At the table of neighbour JNcQUOI’s younger brother, attention turned to the East, with proposals inspired by the cuisines of four Asian countries, Japan, China, India and Thailand, “distinct but complementing each other”, explains chef António Bóia. The lamb biryani with spice rice and yoghurt sauce and the wonton Siew Mai (pork dumplings, shrimp and scallops) are a must.
JNcQUOI Asia’s outdoor terrace is intended to create the illusion of a stroll on the busy streets of Tokyo (Japan), Bangkok (Thailand) and Hong Kong (China). The terrace has an indoor garden with a capacity of 50 people.
