Chef Vitor Matos and Chef Tiago Sabarigo are the masterminds behind this luxurious event that bonds the gastronomic complicity between Portugal and Hungary taking place. With an amazing view of the Douro River, Antiqvvm Restaurant is hosting this event at 8 pm dedicated to exclusive palates with Baeri Alpen kaviar Caviar that completes itself with the elegant Pommery Champagne.

Bread and olive snails with butter and olive oil with a superior quality mark the beginning of the Tasting Menu that has seven moments by the two chefs.  The first one, presented by Chef Vitor Matos has Curated Salmon, Chili, Beetroot, Caviar Baeri Apen kaviar, Cilantro, Leviticus with Pommery Blue Sky. The second one brought by the Costes Downtown Chef, Tiago Sabarigo, is Ossietra Alpenkaviar Caviar served with potatoes and Pommery Brut Royal Champagne.

Crawfish, Cauliflower, Girolles, Fennel and Rice served with Pommery Brut Apanage. Mullet, Stew with peppers and Pommery Wintertime Blanc De Noirs; Sole with Artichoke, Cherovia, Baeri Alpenkaviar Caviar; Quail, Chard with Lentils; Peach with vanilla, raspberry, Tea and Roses and small delights served with coffee are some of the other moments served by both of the Portuguese chefs.
