At Caseta everything is presented with refinement, despite the traditional recipes. You can start the meal, for example, with the usual cheese and sausage boards or the Bellota ham (18 €). There is also gazpacho, melon and mint cream, crunchy ham strips and a reduction of muscat and lemon (6 €). Cooked and breaded egg white is accompanied by parsley coulis (7 €). The menu continues with tuna cooked with chilli, honey, lime, olives and crispy bread (€ 12), or tiger prawns with leek and confit mango (€ 11.50).

In the main dishes, you can try the shards of dogfish with egg, fish stock with coriander and toast (16 €); the cod cheeks with the same fish stock (19 €); the low-temperature roast kid with kids rice (28 €); or the pork cheek with Alentejo Migas (24 €).

All dishes can be accompanied by national wines. The Alentejo region is highlighted, as you would expect, but there are also proposals from the Douro or Dão. It has wines by the glass from 3 €.

For desserts, the pear cooked in Moscatel sauce, with goat cheese and a cinnamon crunch (€ 5.50) is one of the most popular suggestions. Finally, there is also the dark chocolate mousse with dried fruits (6 €) or the yoghurt ice cream with lime syrup (6 €). The space is only open during dinner service. From Monday to Sunday, it serves dishes and drinks between 6 pm and 1 am.
