Guilty food finally at Invicta, bringing with it a menu that will delight all who truly enjoy eating without fears or guilt. This is the second restaurant of the chefpreneur Olivier da Costa in Porto, and the third that the brand in Portugal. Guilty by Oliver settled in the area of Boavista, near the ‘Casa da Música’, thanks to another partnership with the renowned businessman of the region.
After the opening of the Guilty restaurant in ‘Parque das Nações’ in Lisbon, on the ground floor of the Tivoli Oriente in December. The food concept arrived at the North, and from now on this is a place-to-go. This restaurant has a bold and relaxed concept ideal for either a business lunch, a family dinner, watching a game with friends or a guilty hour after work.
Complying with the motto Less Guilt, More Foodporn, the menu serves indulgent options for all tastes and appetites, always with Olivier’s usual twist. Sea Allure octopus carpaccio, River Attraction, and Country Charm, or the On the Side Wings and Texas Style Wings spice up the palate and pave the way for an unforgettable meal.
The most difficult thing is to choose between a hamburger, like the French Way, with 200 gr of meat, fresh foie gras and candied onion, a dough, for example Flirtatious, Fettuccine based with suckling pig and peas, or a pizza, with highlight to the Extravagant, made of mix of cheese and black truffle.
The experience could not end without a delicious Guilty dessert, in which pleasure overlaps with any sense of guilt when savouring a Crunchy Decadence or a Melted Indulgence (petit gâteau with ice cream).
Flamboyant and provocative, the menu blends in perfectly with the modern, industrial-inspired décor and the trendy and uninhibited atmosphere, where everyone can take on their personality without limits.
The new restaurant results from another partnership between Olivier da Costa and businessmen of the sector who are well acquainted with the restaurant market in the north of the country. Filipe Herculano, founder of CáBARé, who had already joined the chefpreneur at the opening of K.O.B. Porto, now joins Rui Ganguinha, who, in his more than 15 years of experience, was responsible for opening spaces that were and are authentic night references in the city of Braga, namely the Bar Bô Zen and the houses Dona Rosa and KeimÒdrumo .
