The Muda project of Vanguard Properties, owned by millionaire Claude Berda, means an investment of 200 million euros. “There are a lot of people who buy farmhouses but then they get discouraged and sell later because access is complicated. We, therefore, wanted to create all the conditions that would guarantee the comfort of future residents, “José Cardoso Botelho, executive director of Vanguard Properties.
The works will take place over the next two years to guarantee basic infrastructure (road network, sewage, water supply and electricity), as well as the creation of green spaces, playgrounds and the construction of a chapel. In the background, the Muda project intends to build a luxury village. The development will have a set of about 50 twin units, called Casas da Aldeia (typologies between T0 and T3, with private garden with swimming pool), and Villas da Aldeia (typologies T3 to T6), a set of about 150 lots with areas between 670 and 2300 square meters, near the center of the village.
Those who prefer can opt for the farms. They will be between four and seven hectares and allow the construction of houses with an area up to 500 square meters, and the remaining land can be used for agricultural exploitation, for example. Casas da Aldeia is a set of about 50 twin units, with typologies ranging from T0 and T3 and areas between 60 and 200 m2, which include private garden and swimming pool. Aldeia’s villas are a group of about 150 lots with areas between 670 and 2300 m2, with typologies T3 to T6, houses and villas are not yet being sold. The village will have various support equipment, such as sports fields, swimming pool, shopping area (cafe, restaurant, supermarket, etc.), playground, chapel, among others.
