Most recently the chef Paulo Morais has been the mastermind behind these dinners preparations. In 2019, Sushi meals at the Pier will be led by chef Luísa Castro, who is part of Benoît Sinthon’s team, responsible for the two-star Michelin starred restaurant Il Gallo d’Oro, the only one with such a distinction on the island.
Dinner costs € 38.50 per person and entitles you to a menu of sushi and sashimi prepared with some local ingredients. Drinks are not included. The meal always starts at 7 pm. Reservations can be made by calling 291 707 700 or by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
