Bruno Ribeiro, chef at the 1300 Taberna, and João Pedro Santos, chef at The Yeatman, took the second and third places of the competition. Also in the competition was António Pedro Fernandes from Porto Royal Bridges and Wilson Costa from the Hotel Vale d’Oliveiras Quinta Resort & Spa.
Ricardo Luz presents the judges with an incredible menu made up of Codfish Stew with Ravioli (entrée), Red Mullet with Peas and Fermented Corn (fish), Pork with Turnip and Cabbage (meat), Sea Bass and Prawn Rice (traditional dish) and Strawberry Sericaia (desert).
On this edition of the CCA Awards, the judges were made up by chefs Alexandre Silva, António Bóia, Helmut Ziebell, Nuno Diniz, Orlando Esteves and Paulo Pinto.
