Inside, there’s a big wooden table with all the brand’s newest products, iron shelves with the collections and two big sinks so that the clients can test every product without limits. It’s also there that are the several glass vases ready to refill all of Benamôr’s products.
The refill service – unique in a Portuguese cosmetic brand – only happens with aluminium bottles available at the moment. This is because aluminium is a recyclable material and Benamôr was already winking at sustainability, even before the word was on everyone’s tongue.
The Benamôr products available for refill are the ones whose original packages already exist in plastic, but also the ones who are best-sellers, like the Rose Amélie and Alantoíne shower gels or the Jacarandá or Gordíssimo body lotions. For the first time you use this system, you’re provided with an aluminium bottle (1,5€) and, every time you want to refill (which is 10% cheaper) you take your used bottle and get a new one since the previous one needs to be disinfected.
