On the south bank of Alto Rabagão’s Albufeira you will find Vilarinho de Negrões, one of the most picturesque villages in the region, for its still preserved houses and, above all, for being on a narrow and beautiful peninsula – a small piece of land spared by the rising waters. Vilarinho de Negrões is a land that sees itself daily in the mirror and is distinguished at a distance by its perfect symmetry, a sort of Portuguese Garden of Eden.
