Located in Trás-os-Montes, G Restaurant is part of São Bartolomeu Historic Hotel and is the first in the region to make it on the list. Chef Óscar learned the basis of traditional cooking from his mother and developed his skills with the help of Chef João Rodrigues, of Feitoria restaurant and Vincent Farges, Epur’s current chef.

Localizado em Trás-os-Montes, o Restaurante G faz parte da Pousada de São Bartolomeu e é o primeiro restaurante da região a entrar na lista do Guia Michelin. O Chef Óscar aprendeu a base da cozinha tradicional com a sua mãe e desenvolveu-a com a ajuda do Chef João Rodrigues, do Restaurante Feitoria e Vincent Farges, chef do restaurante Epur.
